Kaushal is the Founder and Managing Director at Aspire, where he is responsible for leading the team with his corporate vision – which is set to become the largest outsourced IT services provider in the region. When he isn’t busy instilling the company’s core values and spending time with the team, you can find him at the gym, travelling, researching about the latest technologies or trying to hone his golf skills.

Abir is entrusted with the task of growing Aspire’s business with a focus on new and emerging technologies powered through significantly enhanced global delivery capabilities. He also heads the Alliance Program at Aspire, building strategic alliances with major product vendors, delivery partners and agencies. Abir has extensive experience of building, leading and managing clients and competencies for Top Tier Consulting firms and has worked with customers in the Middle East, USA, Europe, India and SE Asia. Abir loves quizzing, reading, cricket and spending time with his family in moments of leisure.

Harsh plays a multi-faceted role in Aspire. Apart from managing the IT Infrastructure and Support division, he actively contributes to workforce management program and heads our Operations from India. Certified in ITIL and Project Management (PMP) and wishing to hone his entrepreneurial spirit, he contributes to all decisions and supports the management in implementation. When he isn’t busy coordinating between clients and various Aspire teams, you can find him listening to music, which is his first love, followed by cooking, travelling, reading, cricket and the list goes on! He is still trying to figure out what his true hobby is.

Arup is the Head of Cloud Data and Analytics at Aspire, with 18 years of experience straddling multiple roles including Business Leadership, Portfolio Management, Cloud & Data Analytics based Enterprise Solutions & Digital Transformations across Fortune 500 companies. Arup has delivered value on complex engagements in various sectors like Banking, Transportation & Logistics (Fleet Management), Telecom, Healthcare, Utilities & Public Finance among others. On the technology front he brings in extensive experience on Cloud Platforms, Workflow & Middleware platforms, Enterprise Data Management, Digital (IoT / Analytics).

Chandan is a seasoned consultant with 11+ years of experience in South Asia, MENA and SE Asia where he has worked for major public, private, philanthropic and multilateral agencies like the ADB, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the World Bank Group and Gates Foundation. An engineer by training, started his career as a Software Engineer for energy and financial sector clients followed by an extended stint with Government and Public sector entities. Apart from his technology expertise, he brings extensive experience in the facilitation of the integration of digital and emerging technology tools into operations to enhance public service effectiveness across sectors such as health, education, transport, trade, tourism, land, civil registration, and tax administration.
